About Us
Meliora Wellness Center is a holistic, one-stop wellness center. The word Meliora comes from Latin origin and means, “for the pursuit of better.” The infinite butterfly in the logo symbolizes transformation (metamorphosis), hope & endurance, so we focus on ‘infinite’ improvement, progress, change and betterment. “Each day, be better,” is our slogan which we incorporate as we start our day.
We are a compassionate team of professionals with the main purpose, to heal, advocate, educate and train.
Although it may be difficult to make that first step… don’t worry, we will be there every step of the way as you begin your journey toward healing. We look forward to hearing your narrative, helping you heal, encouraging your growth and witnessing your transformation.
Our Services
We offer therapeutic services, psychological evaluation and consulting. It is our mission to help improve lives, empower from within and heal emotional wounds. Our clinical services are offered to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. We also offer peer consultation and clinical supervision to graduate students as well as licensed clinicians, who seek to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge in the field of psychology.
We also offer Wellness services, such as therapeutic massage, restorative yoga and other healing practices. There is a vast amount of research showing mental health and physiological benefits of such practices when coupled with therapy. We offer ways to relieve stress and heal emotionally, spiritually and physically.
